Random pictures...

We're just truckin' along to summer. If you know me, then you know that I'm already counting the days to summer. I'm at around 20 more work days. We're sick again here but so far it's just an annoying cold. I can handle that after the repeat eye infections and ear infections. Here are a couple pictures of the girls eating popsicles. Cassidy wants whatever her sisters are eating. Luckily the girls are great sharers.

These are Easter photos. It was nice enough to do an outside Easter egg hunt. It was really fun.

Even Cassidy found an egg! (Her sisters helped her a little.) Check out her itty bitty rain boots. She has such a hard time walking in them but they are so cute!

Olivia- She's finished all the class readers and now gets to pick her own books to read. She's such a good reader. She's able to read a book (I"m guessing around a grade 2 or even grade 3 level), answer questions & write the answers down. IN FULL SENTENCES!!!! Can't wait until she's in full day school. Baseball has been rained out a couple times so there's not much new with baseball. She's doing reallywell at piano too. She's almost finished her first level book. She's got a great memory and recalls all the notes by sight & fairly quickly too. She's such a great big sister. I'm actually able to get her to do some things to help me. FINALLY!

Alexis- She's enjoying gymnastics & is about to start swimming. She's starting to try printing. She knows all the letters and most of the sounds. (I know I'm sounding like a teacher, just can't help it!) She was sounding out clean and hers came out "clen". The letters are all wobbly but it looked so cute!

Cassidy- She's babbling like crazy and trying to imitate our words. Her favourite words right now are "bye" and "hot". She's now able to run. It's super wobbly but it's a run.

Dressed in their Sunday Best

The girls love getting dressed up for church. Lexie really likes dresses, even in cold weather. It's good they look so cute at church b/c their pretty naughty. Cassidy is getting pretty tricky at church too. She used to just sit on our laps but now she needs to walk around. Once she knocked a little old lady's walker over! I felt bad for the lady b/c she was worried about Cassidy. And what did she keep wanting to go back to? The walker of course. On a side note, my girls always want to wear head bands 80's style. I keep trying to show them how to wear the head band but they don't listen to me.
The dresses the big girls are wearing came all the way from New York from the Kolich family.

New Tricks

Cassidy's latest trick is to wave hello & goodbye. Well, by latest I mean in the last few weeks or so. She even says "hi" and "bye". So totally cute. Her newest word is "hot". Sometimes she gets it so right, like when our food is too hot but other times she uses it for other things I don't want her to touch.

We're loving baseball!

Baseball is getting us out in the fresh air and getting lots of exercise. We even go over to the baseball fields when other teams are playing. Here are some random baseball photos:
